Protesters in Hong Kong Polytech University are trying to escape
Anti-government protesters remain trapped inside the Polytechnic University in Hong Kong. It follows days of confrontation between the police and students. The demonstrators are now trying to get out of the complex using ropes and even the sewage system.

Students and protesters block Hong Kong Polytechnic University
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Kowloon remained blocked by an unconditional group of at least 100 students and other militant protesters on Saturday, while most of the remaining nine major universities in the city were no longer occupied, except for a handful of people.

Hong Kong police fired tear gas at protesters throwing petrol bombs on Sunday (October 20) as thousands staged an illegal march through the Kowloon district that will test the strength of the pro-democracy campaign after four months of unrest.

Hong Kong protests expected to go ahead on China anniversary despite ban
Pro-democracy protests are expected to take place in Hong Kong on Tuesday - on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Federal Republic. It's in defiance of a ban on the demonstrations taking place having been confirmed by the authorities.
