Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has received the backing of the former governor of Alaska, and fellow populist, Sarah Palin.

She joined the cavalcade in Iowa and the ex-vice-presidential candidate had a blunt message for ISIL: “Are you ready for a commander in chief? You ready for a commander in chief who will let our warriors do their job and go kick ISIS ass ?”
Trump was moved by her enthusiastic support:
“Sarah, on behalf of myself my family and the country I want to thank you very much. Thank you darling, thank you.”
Despite a fading reputation due to her absence from public office and some questionable reality TV shows she is still a trump card for the Republican right.
