Europe is once again scrambling to find a foothold in talks to end the war in Ukraine as Putin is set to meet US negotiators in Moscow. For the EU defence tsar this is proof the continent needs to bolster its geopolitical standing fast, he told Euronews' flagship morning show Europe Today.
