Hong Kong is increasing the number of its arts venues in an effort to enrich the quality of life. The new M+ museum of visual culture, is the centrepiece of the new West Kowloon Cultural District, and The Honk Kong Palace and Oi! project are all examples of Hong Kong new's cultural vision.
