North Korea 'releases US student Otto Warmbier'

North Korea has released US student Otto Warmbier after a year-and-a-half of captivity, it’s emerged.

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said the University of Virginia student, from Cincinnati, is now on his way home.

Tillerson added the US is continuing to discuss the situation of three other detained Americans with North Korea.
