The scourge of HIV/AIDs continues to blight sub-Saharan Africa. Zimbabwe, however, appears to be bucking the trend. Despite its huge political and economic problems a series of projects to prevent and help those with the disease have seen big drops in those contracting the virus. That’s this week in reporter.
