The world's longest aircraft plans luxurious expeditions
Blimps may be the future. At the Farnborough International Airshow, a blimp-shaped airship was claimed to be not only the world's longest aircraft but one of the future airships offering luxury expeditions once fully functioning.
Hybrid Air Vehicles teamed up with UK-based design studio Design Q to create a luxurious passenger cabin. 'It will be like a luxury yacht in the skies', said the Executive Director of Hybrid Air Vehicles Tom Grundy.
