Business Line assesses the state of the Greek economy as eurozone finance ministers agree to the next step on releasing further bailout loans.

Eurozone finance ministers have agreed that the experts checking Greece’s compliance with reforms can return to Athens. It is the first step towards breaking a lengthy gridlock between the country and its creditors over restarting bailout negotiations.

In the face of strong opposition from the Greeks there was also talk from the ministers about changing the focus away from the austerity that has dragged down its economy.
