Ukraine's dismissed Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov accused Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi of obstructing military reform and "splitting the country", telling reporters in a bombshell press conference that President Zelenskyy had chosen to keep Syrskyi in the post over him.
