Video. EU 're-assessing' summit with UK after Starmer's exit

A European Commission spokesperson said on Monday that the EU is "reassessing" plans to hold a summit with the UK in late July, as it becomes increasingly likely that Prime Minister Keir Starmer's successor will be in post in just three and a half weeks.
