Merkel vows to make Germany CO2 neutral but some remain sceptical
German Chancellor Angela Merkel addressed the 10th Petersburg Climate Dialogue on Tuesday. During her speech Merkel vowed to create a plan to make Germany CO2 neutral by 2050.
In reaction to the vow, environmental NGOs have made it clear that they want action, not promises.
