Denmark's government is considering tightening border controls with Sweden after authorities arrested two Swedes in connection with a bomb-attack aimed at a government agency, the Danish prime minister said on Wednesday.
"We will look into the possibility of protecting our border with Sweden in a better and smarter way," prime minister Mette Frederiksen told reporters.
Earlier, Danish police said they arrested one 22-year-old Swedish man and issued an international warrant for another Swede.
Both are suspected of being behind an explosion outside the Danish tax agency's office in Copenhagen last week, which injured one person.
Another explosion damaged a local police station in Copenhagen on Saturday, police said, in the second blast to hit the Danish capital in four days.
No one was injured in the blast, which happened outside a police station in the Norrebro, just outside the city centre, police said on Twitter.
Police told Reuters it was too early to say whether the two blasts were connected, but could not immediately comment further.
