Thousands dance to raise awareness of violence against women and children
Women across the Philippines have danced en masse to emphasise the global issue of domestic violence. The annual mass dancing dubbed One Billion Rising is being held every Valentine’s Day and highlights the threat to women and children.
It was first launched in the Philippines in 2013.
