Spanish Football Federation president Angel Maria Villar will bid to become the next UEFA president.
The former Spanish international has been acting head of UEFA since October 2015, when Michel Platini was suspended from all football activities.
He is the third person bidding for the job after Slovenian football association boss Aleksander Ceferin and Dutch football chief Michael Van Praag.
The election will take place in Athens on Sep 14.
