IMF's Lagarde warns Brexit is a "concern for the whole world"

Head of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde has been speaking in Vienna where without calling on Britain to vote to stay in the EU she did say there was a clear economic case against an out vote.

Lagarde was due to present an IMF report
on the risks to British
economy if the country votes to leave the EU, but in the light of the murder of Labour MP Jo Cox the report has been postponed and will be released on Saturday.

What Lagarde did say was that the referendum is a “concern for the whole world.”
