The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is reporting at least 28 people have been killed in air strikes on a camp for the internally displaced in Syria’s Idlib Province.
Images on social media appear to show destroyed tents at the Kamounia camp, near Sarmada.
It comes less than a day after Syrian troops and some rebel forces implemented a 48-hour ceasefire in and around Aleppo, following pressure from Russia and the US.
