Colombia military plane crashes killing all eleven on board

Eleven Colombian military personnel have been killed after their plane suffered engine failure and crashed in the northern province of Cesar.

The burned out aircraft was found near the Venezuelan border.

Colombia’s president, Juan Manuel Santos called the victims heroes in message posted on Twitter.
