"For us today, in 2022, it's quite exceptional, and a great honour also to represent this trade," says a shepherdess during the transhumance of 2,022 ewes and 350 dancers from Béarn on the Champs-Elysées, in Paris, to close the 2022 edition of the Paris International Agricultural Show.
