Ivory Coast set for EU Africa summit

EU and African leaders meet in Ivory Coast on Wednesday.

They are there to talk trade and migration.

Euronews visited Abidjan, the capital, to see what local expect.

Brussels plans to spend up to 273 million euros there by the end of 2020.
