After a sold-out concert residency and a first single, Céline Dion has teased a new song to be released on 3 July.

The Canadian icon is ready to say hello, sorry and thank you, as per the title of her new French-language single 'Pardon, Bonjour, Merci,' announced in a triptych of social media posts on Monday.
“There is a line missing from this poem,” Dion cryptically wrote under the first post which featured only the world “merci” in her handwriting.
Written by French composers Renaud Rebillaud and Ycare, the song is scheduled for release on 3 July and the most enthusiastic fans can already pre-save it.
'Pardon, Bonjour, Merci' follows the April release of Céline Dion’s first comeback single 'Dansons,' written by her longtime collaborator and superstar in his own right Jean-Jacques Goldman.
The Emily in Paris-like music video for this gentle ballad follows several couples dancing and kissing across various landmarks of the French capital, and has accumulated close to 6.5 million views.

The singer spent years away from the stage after her Courage World Tour was cut short by the Covid-19 pandemic and she was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome in 2022.
Dion made her grand return during the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. In a dazzling Dior white dress, she sang a breathtaking rendition of Edith Piaf’s 'Hymne à l’amour' from the top of the Eiffel Tower (because why not).
After she proved that she was still the Queen of Power Ballads, fans were eagerly waiting more news.
It finally came in the form of a series of teaser posters displayed in the streets of Paris earlier this year.
On her 58th birthday in March, the Quebec-born star eventually announced a new five-week concert residency at Paris La Défense Arena in September and October 2026, “the best birthday gift of her life.” The tickets first went on sale on 7 April and the 16 dates quickly sold out.
Earlier this month, faced with an army of disappointed fans who could not get tickets, the star announced 10 additional dates in May 2027.
