BEIJING (Reuters) - China and Burkina Faso on Saturday signed an agreement to establish diplomatic relations, after the West African nation severed ties with self-ruled Taiwan.
The deal was signed by the Chinese government's top diplomat, State Councillor Wang Yi, and a senior official from Burkina Faso at a state guest house in Beijing in front of reporters.
