The United States has won the prestigious Bocuse d’or cookery competition, considered by many as the Olympics of the food world.

The United States has won the prestigious Bocuse d’or cookery competition, considered by many as the Olympics of the food world.
Led by chef Mathew Peters, the US team beat off competition from Norway and Iceland.
It is the first time the US has won the competition which this year was held in Lyon, France.
