Every October, major players in the world entertainment industry head to the south of France for four days of meetings, screenings and discussions, hoping to discover and debate the content of the future.
This year from October 17 – 20 more than 13,000 participants, decision makers and exhibitors converged on Cannes. The theme of the event this year: “A new television”.
The line-up emphasised the crossover between digital and traditional media, with a focus on high-end originals, 4k broadcast and virtual reality.
