A Spaniard accused of a gruesome murder has been arrested in Cambodia and sent back to Thailand . Artur Segarra Princep is said by police to have fled after the dismembered body of a fellow Spanish national was found in a Bangkok river.

The Thai authorities have speculated that victim David Bernat who has been described as a consultant, was abducted, tortured and forced to transfer a large amount of money before being killed.
