Two buses have collided in Khabarovsk in Russia’s far west killing at least 16 people and injuring nearly 60 others.
Police say the early evidence suggest both drivers were breaking traffic rules. One of the buses finished on its roof as a result of the head-on crash. It immediately had the government calling for stricter driving laws.
