British police have made an arrest, after a man was seen walking on the roof of the Westminster parliament buildings in London.

The individual is believed to have spent several hours on top of the iconic landmark on Saturday night.
Police say negotiators had to be called in.
“At this stage it is too early to ascertain the reason as to why the man was trespassing on the roof,” a police statement said.
