In Pakistan, rescue teams have used boats to evacuate villagers from flooded areas in Sheikhupura after heavy monsoon rains caused severe flooding.
More than 100 people were saved at the site, according to an emergency official.
Villagers were seen crossing floodwaters with goats and essential belongings, while others waited for help. Some residents reported shortages of clean drinking water, electricity and medicines.
Pakistan has recorded more than 100 deaths from monsoon rains and flash floods since late June, with authorities warning that further heavy rain could worsen conditions.
