The National Conservatism Conference (NatCon) was set to welcome Brexit champion Nigel Farage and Hungary's Viktor Orban - authorities in Belgium had other ideas.

Belgian police moved in to close down a gathering of Europe's hard-right in Brussels on Tuesday, sparking chaos and confusion.
