Athletes get down and dirty in mud Olympics

Over 4,000 people had fun practising sports in the Mud Olympics last Saturday in Brunsbuettel on the Elbe river. 

Forty teams from Germany and other countries competed in mud volleyball, mud football, and slimy sledging for medals as well as prizes such as funniest team name, best mud mascot and best costume.
