A residential building in the city of Bhiwandi, 20 kilometers north-east of Mumbai in India collapsed on Monday morning.
Authorities said the fire might have been set deliberately. One person has been arrested in connection with the incident.
The Xinjia Express Hotel was used to isolate people who had arrived from other parts of China hit by the coronavirus outbreak.
At least five people have died following the collapse.
Is this another fatal example of unscrupulous developers bypassing regulations?
The demolition of the old building was captured via drone.
