President Donald Trump on Tuesday, a day before the full House votes on articles of impeachment against him, sent a rambling letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, calling Congress' impeachment inquiry a partisan "crusade," an "unprecedented and unconstitutional abuse of power" and a "spiteful" "election-nullification scheme."
