Russia wants 'counter-sanctions' imposed on 'unfriendly' countries

Russia's Federation Council wants to impose sanctions on all countries that have imposed its own sanctions on Russia - this includes the U.K. and the U.S. At a meeting, it discussed introducing measures to restrict or stop some import and export trade.
