Cornell Haynes Jr. better known as the rapper Nelly has been released from prison. He was arrested on Saturday after a woman alledged that he had sexually assaulted her on a tour bus hours after a concert in Aubrurn, Washington.
Haynes took to twitter to deny the allegations saying he was “beyond shocked” and is “confident that once the facts are looked at, it would be very clear that I am the victim of a false allegation.”
The rapper, who is touring with Florida Georgia Line, missed a concert scheduled for Saturday night. It is not yet known when Haynes will appear before a judge.
