Suspected jihadists killed at least five people at a Mali luxury resort just outside the capital Bamako.
One guest, a French national, is still missing.
Among the dead from Sunday’s attack was a Portuguese soldier working with the EU military training mission, and a Malian soldier.
Mali’s security ministry had earlier identified one of the victims as French-Gabonese. Another victim was Cameroonian and one had yet to be identified.
The attackers also took two dozen hostages, who were released by the Malian special forces.
