On the fourth anniversary of the November 13, 2015 terror attacks, French government officials will commemorate the victims of the deadliest day witnessed in the French capital since World War II.
The suspect fired at two victims in their 70s after they thwarted an arson attempt at the doors of the mosque, prosecutors said.

"It was truly a murder attempt. There was blood everywhere," a trade union representative for prison guards said.
Euronews correspondent Tessa Arcilla was in Strasbourg at the attack took place and she says people are asking questions as to why the gunman has not been found.
French police are hunting down a gunman gunman who killed three and injured 11 in Strasbourg on Tuesday evening.
The man used a shopping trolley to help assist the police. A GoFundMe page has raised over $100,000 for him.
A square in Brussels is today being renamed after the murdered British MP Jo Cox.
The 41-year-old was murdered in 2016 by right wing extremist Thomas Mair.
