Horst-Michael Prasser is one of the leading pro-nuclear physicists in Switzerland, on social networks some call him “the pope of nuclear energy”. The flaws found in the Beznau1 nuclear power plant “are a new phenomenon or a newly discovered phenomenon that requires special testing”.
