Cuban Communist party re-elects Raul Castro as leader

No surprises in Cuba, where the Communist party has agreed that Raul Castro should serve a second term as head of the party. The 84-year old has called for sweeping changes in Cuba’s Soviet-style economy, and wants top leaders to retire aged 70, but he also insists the pace of change should not be too fast.
