Polish police say a coach travelling from Ukraine to Warsaw has crashed, killing five and leaving 25 others injured.

The vehicle is thought to have crossed lanes before running into a ditch and smashing into a tree.
Authorities say three people died instantly while two passed away in hospital. All the victims are thought to be Ukranian nationals.
