At a business forum attended by Mexico’s president he praised the economic, political, and energy reforms that the Pena Nieto administration has launched.
Later in an address to Congress he noted the growing collaboration in the fight against organized crime and against climate change.
This is King Felipe’s first trip as head of state to Latin American although he was in Mexico for a summit last December.
