Popular Spanish singer Isabel Pantoja has been jailed for two years after being convicted of laundering for her former boyfriend and ex-mayor of Marbella.

The contemporary folk and copla performer, once the darling of the Spanish showbiz world, was given three days to enter prison after appeals against her sentence were rejected.
