Qatar strongly condemned Iranian missile attacks on its territory calling them a blatant violation of sovereignty. Air defences intercepted multiple waves over Doha, as authorities urged calm.
Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the country reserves its full right to respond in line with international law and in a manner proportionate to the aggression, in defence of its security and national interests.

The ministry also reaffirmed Qatar’s commitment to dialogue with Iran and called for an immediate halt to any escalatory actions.
It expressed solidarity with Kuwait, the UAE, Jordan and Bahrain, condemning violations of their sovereignty and stressing the importance of protecting regional stability.
Earlier attacks targeted US interests across the region, with explosions reported on US bases in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, according to the Qatar News Agency.
The reports signal a sharp escalation and widening of the conflict following coordinated US and Israeli strikes on Iran earlier on Saturday.
The Ministry of Defence said its air defences successfully intercepted several missiles before they entered Qatari airspace.
It was later confirmed that a third wave of attacks targeting multiple areas across the country was also intercepted, thanks to high readiness and coordination among security authorities.
The ministry stressed that the armed forces have full capability to protect national security and respond firmly to any external threat and reaffirmed that the security situation remains stable and fully under control.
Authorities urged citizens and residents to remain calm and stay in safe places until further notice.
