In a NASA Christmas message, the crew on board the international space station told the world what they would be enjoying for their Christmas dinner.

Their meal included everything from turkey, mashed potatoes, gingerbread, and hot cocoa to French astronaut’s Thomas Pesquet’s childhood favorite: chicken supreme with morels, a French chef’s take on a dish Pesquet’s grandmother made for Christmas dinner when he was a child.

All food was sent to the ISS crew in cans or dehydrated pouches.
