There are 11 ministers from the AK Party and one from the nationalist MHP.
There are two ministers from the HDP, the first time a pro-Kurdish party has been represented in parliament.
Why is the election being run again?
The electoral re-run comes after the governing AK Party failed to win an overall majority in a previous election in June.
Subsequent talks to form a coalition government broke down.
The election is due to be held on the 1st of November.
