Video. Iranian jet with passengers on board seized at Istanbul over €3m debt

Bailiffs boarded the Caspian Airlines Boeing 737 as passengers sat ready for departure and served a €3 million debt order before it could take off. The seizure came days after US secondary sanctions on Iran's aviation sector took effect, halving international flights at Tehran's main airport.
