Spanish artist Okuda San Miguel created the mural using his trademark geometric shapes and bright colours. The piece focuses on social and gender inequality, themes the artist says remain central across Europe.

The tower has stood vacant for two decades and is now part of a wider redevelopment project on the outskirts of Vienna. Organisers said the mural aims to bring new life to the building during Eurovision events, while also drawing attention to urban renewal in the area.
