Video. Pressure mounts to add Iran’s Revolutionary Guards on EU terror list

Several member states, including Germany, are pushing for the designation, which would place the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps on the EU’s terror list alongside groups such as Daesh and al-Qaeda. But legal and political constraints remain. Human rights group fears more than 2,000 killed.
