The Toulouse shootings suspect Mohamed Merah has refocused fears that there are dozens of so called ‘Lone Wolf’ terrorists in Europe.
Like Anders Brevik in Norway last year, it is suspected Merah may have worked alone, making him extremely difficult for authorities to track and stop.
