Showcasing a partner in a revolution

Challenge

The past 20 years have brought unprecedented technological change in Europe, revolutionising the way people live, how governments and public services function and how businesses operate. Huawei wanted to demonstrate its key role as a partner in this revolution.

Concept

Huawei key partner projects were featured in Euronews flagship Sci-Tech programmes that explored how advancements in digital technology and connectivity is disrupting traditional ways of working in key sectors, including agriculture and health, and benefiting European citizens.

Campaign set-up

 

TV

3×4 minute Sci Tech programmes were filmed in Europe with 2×1 minute social edits. The programmes broadcast in 9 languages on Euronews feeds and hosted online in 12 languages.

 

Digital and social 

A thought-through online promotion drove traffic to the sponsored content available on euronews.com, whilst views and engagements were boosted by tactical social posts.
