Dubai has unveiled the World Government Summit 2026, set to be its largest ever. More than 150 government delegations, global leaders, and scientists will gather to tackle AI, climate and economic risks, aiming to move from ideas to action at a critical global moment.
As global systems face mounting pressure from artificial intelligence, climate change, geopolitical tension and economic uncertainty, the World Government Summit 2026 in Dubai is positioning itself as a platform for action rather than debate. The upcoming edition is set to be the largest in the summit’s history, bringing together more than 150 government delegations, including 35 presidents and prime ministers.
Under the theme Shaping the Future, leaders, policymakers, technologists and industry figures will engage in high-level discussions on artificial intelligence, education, sustainability, mobility and economic resilience.
For the first time, the summit will also host the World Laureates Summit, bringing Nobel Prize winners and leading scientists directly into policy discussions. Nearly 130 scientists are expected to participate.
