The 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill continues to haunt BP with the US Justice Department now accusing the British oil giant of “gross negligence and wilful misconduct.”
As a consequence, BP’s share price fell with investors dreading a trial, that could go on for years. Court proceedings are due to open ((OUT)) next January in New Orleans.
